Medallia for Salesforce 3.6 release notes

Medallia recommends that Customers upgrade to this release of Medallia for Salesforce to take advantage of enhancements and bug resolutions.

Customers with versions prior to 3.6 may log a Support case or contact their Medallia Services partner to obtain an upgrade URL or request a push upgrade.

Release highlights

  • Visibility into Medallia-Salesforce connection (Base URL) — We have updated how Medallia connects with Salesforce to enhance clarity and simplify troubleshooting and integration audits:

    • Medallia Base URL is now visible directly within Salesforce.

    • Users can now easily identify which Salesforce instance is connected to Medallia.

Resolved issues

  • Queue reliability fix — We have resolved a previously reported issue where feedback processing queues could become stuck or fail under large volumes. For information about the queueing service, see Configuring the Queueing service.

    • Enhanced stability and reliability of feedback processing.

    • Automated cleanup of records that were previously stuck in the Salesforce queue.

    • Improved handling of high-volume data, ensuring consistent performance.
