In the Tableau developer platform:
-
Select Connect > To a Server > Web Data Connector:
-
For the web data connector URL, enter the URL that was previously provided to call on your Experience Cloud instance.
You will be redirected to your Experience Cloud instance.
-
Sign in to your Experience Cloud instance.
The connector establishes the connection to Experience Cloud via Login to retrieve the data for Tableau. -
After a successful authentication, click Get data to Tableau to automatically take the required data to Tableau Desktop.
This action takes the column names and types back to Tableau.
Click Update Now to retrieve the table's data.
