Title Slides

A title slide defines the content of the label that appears in the first slide of a presentation. You can customize branding elements like company logos and colors. You can also configure role-based title slides.
Customize the title slide of a presentation by setting up these properties:
Then, select Save draft.
When you open the draft, new properties and more actions are active:
List of drafts — Lists the title slide drafts that have not been published yet, that have had changes but not published yet, and that need to be deleted.
Color status reference — Indicates the status of the title slides drafts.
Status and more actions — Indicates the status of the selected draft. After editing the draft, you can Save the draft and then Publish it, or you can Discard changes.
Background image more options — To see a preview of the background image, select Show file. To delete or upload a new image, turn on Delete.
MemberRoles — Select one or more roles for the title slide.
Restriction: You can assign only one title slide design to each role.Preview — Displays a preview of the Title Slide.
Important: Before publishing your presentation template, test and preview every single change to avoid undesired designs.
To save your changes, Save draft and Publish the slide.
Properties on the Title Slides screen
- Title name
- Enter the name of the title slide design.
- Slide's background image
- To upload a background image to the title slide, select Choose File. Important: Image size must be 1920x1080 resolution and must not exceed 200 KB.For company logos, include them on a white or transparent background according to the recommended image size and resolution. Otherwise, your logo image will be stretched to fit the slide design.
- Title
- Enter the name that describes the content of the presentation.
- Custom title
- Defines if the title content is customized or if it is the same title as the Dashboard or Sub-tab report title.
- Title text size
- Enter the size of the title text font. Note: Enter a number between 48 and 108.
- Sub-title
- Defines if the subtitle is the Company name, a customized subtitle, or None. When you select Custom subtitle, enter the content in the Custom sub-title property.
- Custom sub-title
- Enter a custom secondary or explanatory title that appears after the main title of the presentation.
- Subtitle text size
- Enter the size of the subtitle text font. Note: Enter a number between 27 and 72.
- Show user's first and last name
To display user's name and last name who is exporting the report, turn on Show User's First and Last Name property.
- User's first and last name text size
- When you turn on the Show User's First and Last Name property, enter the size of the name text. Note: Enter a number between 16 and 36.
- Show exported date
- Turn on Show exported date to display the date when the report is exported.
- Exported date text size
- When you turn on Show exported date property, enter the size of the date text.Note: Enter a number between 8 and 18.
- Text color
- Determines the text color of the Title Slide. Select Black or White text color.
- Text alignment
- Determines how the text appears on the slide. Select Left, Center, or Right text alignment.
- Top padding
- Determines the space between the upper edge of the slide and title text. Note: Enter a number between 24 and 588.
- Bottom padding
- Determines the space between the bottom edge of the slide and title text.Note: Enter a number between 24 and 588.Tip: When setting up this property, consider the background image size.
- Left padding
- Determines the space between the left edge of the slide and title text.Note: Enter a number between 24 and 840.Important: When you set max values, very short space for text is left. Review your draft before publishing.
- Right padding
- Determines the space between the right edge of the slide and title text.Note: Enter a number between 24 and 840.Important: When you set max values, very short space for text is left. Review your draft before publishing.
