Users viewing reports in Medallia Web reporting can export a PPT and PDF slide of the report as a presentation ready to present to their audiences. For more information about exporting reports from the Medallia Web reporting toolbar, see Export reports, modules, and action plans.

To customize exported presentations as PPT and PDF slide reports, navigate to these tabs and configure its properties:

• Title Slides

• Body Slide

• Final Slide

You can further customize your presentation by:

• Exporting modules that are on a same row to a single slide. For more information on how to turn on this property, see the Settings tab configuration in Dashboards.

• Adding section headers as titles on each slide. For more information on how to configure the Section Header module when creating a dashboard report, see Section Header.

• Adding a slide displaying the control panel filters that have been applied to the dashboard report of the presentation. For more information on how to configure this property, see the Settings tab configuration in Dashboards.

• Hiding module-level filters. For more information on how to turn on this property, see the Filters tab configuration in Dashboards.
