Use the Download Settings screen to upload images that appear as a logo in the upper-left corner of exported PDF reports. For example:
You can upload a default Header Logo image that applies to all roles, and several role-specific images. When exporting a report, users have the option of using the image you uploaded (either the default image or their role-specific image, if you provided one for their role) or an image they upload themselves. After adding one or more images, remember to click Save.

Properties
Set the following properties on the Download Settings screen.
- Watermarking
- Activate watermarking with the current logos. Use a watermark to protect your PDF files.
- Header Logo
- A default image in PDF report exports, available to all roles.
- Logo per role
- A default image in PDF report exports, available to specific roles. When you upload a role-specific image, users with that role do not have the option of using the default Header Logo image.
- Export PDF settings
Configure these properties as the default settings for exporting PDFs. This ensures consistency in the appearance and layout of your exported documents.
Orientation — The layout of the exported file, either Portrait or Landscape.
Scale — The relative size of the text and visualizations in the exported file, either Regular or Large.
Logo — Optionally, you can add a small image as a logo to the upper-left corner of the exported file.
