Survey emails — Experience Cloud provides best-practice survey emails, with customizations in these areas:

• Standard size logo image at the top for branding purposes.

• Survey email wording.

• Font type (limited to a set of commonly web-safe used fonts).

• Background colors for the call-to-action section.

  Tip: Background color for the complete Email must be customized through HTML.

While most companies opt to use the best-practice emails that come in Admin Suite Emails and make adjustments to the areas cited above, Experience Cloud allows you to create and use your own emails, provided that you take on the responsibility for cross-browser and cross-device testing, optimization, and accessibility requirements.
