While Medallia Experience Cloud can handle large and complex programs, there are limits to the number of objects Experience Cloud can have or process before it encounters performance issues. Exceeding certain limits can cause long load times or other performance issues. Contact your Medallia expert and carefully assess the situation if you expect to exceed any of the following limits:

• 200,000 units — Exceeding this number of active units may slow load time for reports and response time in Medallia Setup screens. For more information, see Units.

• 100,000,000 records — This is the total number of records in Experience Cloud that are not in the JUNKED status. For more information, see Importers.

• 600,000 unique Indexed text data types — For reporting purposes, Indexed text Data types can split data into a number of rows. However, report performance using these fields depends on the calculations. For this reason, limit the number of Indexed text data types to 75,000 for weighting implementations. Separately, there is a hard limit of 600,000 unique values. For more information, see Program fields and Weighting.
