Use the Attention screen to enable Action Intelligence powered by Medallia AI attention scoring, and to configure which fields and units are available for processing. After processing, Action Intelligence records the score in the Attention Score field (a_attention_score), and populates the the Attention Flag A-Field (a_attention_flag) with a Yes or No value. Enabled

Turn on to enable attention scoring.

Comment fields

Select the comment fields to be processed by Action Intelligence.

Units

Select the units to be processed by Action Intelligence.

Condition

To limit the records processed for attention scoring, enter a conditional expression in the Condition property. For example, you might want to limit processing to specific feedback programs. For more information about conditional expressions, see Conditional expressions.
