Use the Recognitions screen to enable Action Intelligence powered by Medallia AI recognition scores, and configure which fields and units are available for processing. For more information, see Recognition.

Enabled

Select to enable recognition scores.

Comment fields

Select the comment fields to be processed by Action Intelligence.

Units

Select the units to be processed by Action Intelligence.

Condition

Enter a conditional expression to limit the records processed for recognition. For example, you might want to limit processing to specific programs. For more information, see Conditional expressions.
