Contact Summary
The Contact Summary module displays identifying information and key scores for a contact. Use this module at the top of a Customer profile to help users identify the contact easily.
For example, the following image shows a Contact Summary module using the contact's first name and last name as identifiers. The module includes additional key contact information for the contact's age group and loyalty number, displayed on the left side of the data row. Lastly, the module includes key score data to highlight scores for the percentage of Alerts Closed Within SLA, the percentage of issues resolved on the first call to Customer Support, and the number of agents that worked to resolve those issues.
General properties
These properties define the module's size and whether an icon appears for the module.
- Module size
- Display size of the module.
- Module icon
- Optional icon to display next to the module title. To remove an icon, click Clear Selection at the top of the icon selector.
Data properties
These properties determine the scope of data presented in the module.
- Contact Name
- The field or fields to use for the name of the contact, displayed at the top of the module. For example, you might use Last Name and First Name. Click Select to select up to 5 fields.
- Key Contact Information
- Additional identifying information that you want available at a glance, such as the contact's country, phone number, customer tier, and so on. These fields appear on the left side of the data row in the module. Click Select to select up to 5 fields.
- Key Experience Information
- Important metric-based information about the contact's interactions with your company, such as key scores or alert-resolution data. These fields appear on the right side of the data row in the module. Click Select to select up to five fields.Restriction: This metric is restricted to R-fields only.
Visualization properties
These properties determine the visual presentation of the module, including which graphical visualizations are available to users.
- Field # Decimal Points
- Five properties, each specifying the number of decimal places shown for a field selected in the Key Experience Information property. The Field 1 Decimal Points property corresponds to the first Key Experience Information field, the Field 2 Decimal Points property corresponds to the second Key Experience Information field, and so on.
