Expired survey clicks screen displays the number of surveys survey takers attempted to take a survey through an expired distribution setting for a particular a company.

Expired Survey Clicks screen shows the company name and the number of surveys that were attempted to be taken through an expired Email inviter.

Warning: Do not click the New button as it causes errors.

Expire a survey

Expire an active survey to prevent respondents from accessing or submitting feedback.

Follow the instructions below to expire a survey:

  1. Go to Admin>Survey Management>Recent Surveys.

  2. Find the survey in the list and select Actions.

  3. Choose Expire Survey.

  4. Select Confirm.

The survey status changes to inactive, and open survey links display an expired message to respondents.
