Use the Country+States screen to ensure that all Rival locations are accounted for in your Medallia Experience Cloud instance.
Additionally, alternative set values for the Country field are mapped directly to the ISO values available on this screen. For example, this code snippet references France, as indicated by FR in the mappingKey attribute:

Properties for countries on the Country+States screen
- In survey
- The name of the country, as it should appear in reports.
- Priority
- A number determining where the country appears in the list, relative to other countries.
- Iso3166
- The country code, as determined by ISO 3166.
Properties for states on the Country+States screen
- Country
- The In survey value of the parent country.
- In survey
- The name of the state, as it should appear in reports
- StatePriority
- A number determining where the state appears in the list, relative to other states in the same country. By default, states are listed alphabetically in their country. States with a StatePriority number appear above states without a value.
- Aliases
- Synonyms for the state, separated by a pipe character (|).
- StateCode
- The state code, as determined by ISO 3166.
- TranslationExplanation
- If you are using translation, enter text to help translators understand the context in which this term appears. You can leave this blank, or explain some of the context if the reporting application will be translated. The text you enter appears on translation screens.
