Administration

In Medallia GovCloud, User ID and Password based User Account Management is not approved. User Account Management is via customer SSO that enforces the agency specific Access, Authorization, Password, and other account specific policies, such as Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

An instance where the SSO configuration is broken and the customer is completely locked out might require invocation of the Medallia GovCloud Account Access Breakglass Process. Contact your Medallia representative for more information.

For the instances where user/password based authentication needs to be implemented, Bulk user password management feature is not available.
