Enable Sense360 SSO

Enabling Sense360 by Medallia SSO allows Medallia Web reporting to access a company's Sense360 by Medallia instance for the purpose of sharing data, and to allow users to switch to Sense360 from Medallia Web reporting by clicking a link and not having to sign-in.

Restriction: This activity requires Internal Admin role to access or complete. For assistance, contact your Medallia expert.

Before you begin

From the Sense360 administrator, acquire the URI where Medallia Experience Cloud sends the OAuth token. This is the Redirect URIs for client setting in Experience Cloud.
