Changes that affect functionality.

Sign-in will require SSO or MFA

Restriction: Beginning 1 November 2025 the default sign-in process for Medallia Experience Cloud requires Single Sign-On (SSO) or multi-factor authentication (MFA). Existing accounts not using either SSO or MFA need to be converted to SSO or MFA, and may continue to exist as-is until 31 January 2027, at which time they will be blocked.

  • Root Cause Assist can now be triggered from supported modules configured with Advanced Data Filters.

AskNow

  • AskNow field exports are now more efficient, resulting in to 65% faster speeds.

Reporting

  • Fixed a display limit issue in the basic Data Filter control in Report Builder where only the first 100 Segment Filters were visible.

Translations

  • Users can now jump directly from a survey in the Survey Builder app to the Translations app with the table pre-filtered for that survey. When accessing the Translations app from the NavBar or the Admin Home tile, users land on an empty page by default.
