Dynamic Audience Data Adapter
The Dynamic Audience data adapter returns a list of all the audiences associated with a specific TID. This allows you to create rules to identify a particular audience within that list and select a personalized action for the user based on that data.
Examples
A telephone company analyzes their phone service sign-up journey and identifies customers also interested in broadband who haven't signed up. These customers frequently return to check their accounts, presenting an ideal upsell opportunity. The company uses the Dynamic Audience data adapter to target this group and orchestrate an upsell offer.
A contact center manager finds a FAQ article that allows customers to self-serve when checking their bill online, reducing calls to the contact center.
