Audiences Data Adapter
The Audiences Data Adapter provides information about a customers current Audience membership.
This enables an organization to tailor the customer experience, presenting a customer with personalized content, based on whether or not a customer is a member of a specific Audience.
Example
A bank want to target customers who are currently inactive at the application stage for their Premier Current Account. They can create an Audience to contain those customers and target those customers with a special offer email for the Premier Current Account using MXO 's decisioning framework.
Data Attributes
The Audiences Data Adapter contains an attribute for each Audience configured for your Space, in the following format:
