Demo Reporting Data

Restriction: This feature or information is available to Medallia employees only and it is not to be shared outside the company.

To demonstrate or display meaningful reporting data that paints the Mindful product in a fully utilized and optimal state, we can import pre-built Insights reporting data into a demo Organization. This data consists of optimized metrics portraying average or above-average Mindful standards.

Why Use Demo Data?

When showcasing our Mindful product, reports tend to be difficult to display, as no meaningful data has been populated. This makes it challenging to portray the full set of capabilities within Mindful Insights. Demo data is consistent with the experience a user would have within Insights, allowing users to interact with the data as they would in a production deployment without being distracted by the unexpected results of a non-production Organization. example of demo data

What is Impacted?

This demo data set only impacts reports found in Mindful Insights. This means the real-time dashboards (Call Detail, Callback Status, etc.) will not be impacted. These reports include:

  • Executive Summary
  • Conversation Overview
  • Callback Usage
  • Callback Performance
  • Messaging Usage
Note: The Audit Log is the only Insights report that will maintain its original data set, allowing users to still track activity for that org.

As of Q2 2024, the following Organizations are populated with demo data:
