Bypass the rate limit for specific Access Control Policies.

The Access Control Policies page in Platform Admin allows Medallia employees to view all Access Control Policies (ACP) for client organizations and set individual ACPs to bypass the built-in rate limit of 10 requests per minute for each IP address.

To bypass the rate limit, first locate an ACP in the list, then enable the Toggle Rate Limit Bypass switch for that ACP. The bypass only applies when an API Access Token is applied to an ACP. No rate limits are applied for whitelisted IP addresses.
