Mindful Callback On-Prem End-of-Life

Since Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) created callback technology over 25 years ago, we have sought to lead the market with innovative callback products. VHT’s On-Premises Callback software, now known as Mindful Callback On-Prem, has been the leading solution for all of those years, offering a feature-rich solution that provides measurable benefits for call centers around the world.

As call center solutions increasingly shift towards a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model, we are adapting to better meet the needs of our clients today and in the future.

With this in mind, we made the decision to announce the end of life of the On-Premises Callback solution.

The End of Life announcement for the Mindful On-Premises Callback solution also includes the following components:

  • Interactive Voice Gateway (IVG)

  • VoiceXML Interaction Server (VIS)

Note, Premium Support is provided for renewing Mindful On-Prem clients running version 9.x with select integration types only. An uplift in annual maintenance or subscription fees applies.
