Incorrect EWT in Dashboards and EyeQueue

Observed behavior | Dashboards and EyeQueue display an incorrect EWT of more than an hour for any estimated wait time whose minute component is between 30 and 60 minutes. However, callers hear the correct estimated wait time (EWT) when being treated. For example, if the true EWT is 36 minutes, the displayed EWT in both EyeQueue and Dashboards is 01:36:00. Another example is a true EWT of 1 hour and 45 minutes displayed in EyeQueue and Dashboards as 02:45:00. | |
