| Root cause | Interactive Intelligence (ININ) discovered a defect in the TCP Close logic of their ININ-CIC 2015 R3 software which causes every other Callback request to fail and need to be rescheduled. | |

| Workarounds | Upgrade the ININ-CIC software to 2015 R4 P15 or later software and restart the Callback integration. This is now the minimum supported version of ININ-CIC software. | |
