Callbacks lost in TIAL Genesys integrations

Observed behavior In TIAL Genesys integrations where Predictive Plus is enabled or Queue Mode is set to Preview or Progressive, ASAP callbacks waiting to be initiated are lost when the whole system or an active Core server restarts, goes down or stops working.
