Queue ID editing error for Incoming Extensions
Issue date | July 25, 2015
Observed behavior | Trying to change the Holding Queue ID, Callback Queue ID, or Under Threshold Queue ID for an incoming extension from EyeQueue (System Settings > DB Config > Incoming Extensions) causes the selection window to fail which prevents any change to the ID.
Products and versions affected | Virtual Hold Callback version 8.0 - 8.3
Components affected | All
Applications affected | All
Severity | Minor | |
Root cause | An internal selection process (controlled by the EyeQueue web.config file) failed, and prevented selection of the Holding, Callback, and Under Threshold Queue IDs.
Resolution | The EyeQueue web.config file was corrected in new installations to permit the internal process to allow selection of Holding, Callback and Under Threshold Queue IDs.
Expected availability | Virtual Hold version 8.4.0
Workarounds | When upgrading to Version 8.0.9 from a previous 8.0.x version (8.0.5, 8.0.6, or 8.0.8), refer to Virtual Hold Upgrade 8.0.5 or Above to 8.0.9 for more information about the required manual changes to the EyeQueue web.config file.
