Queue ID editing error for Incoming Extensions

Issue date July 25, 2015
Observed behavior Trying to change the Holding Queue ID, Callback Queue ID, or Under Threshold Queue ID for an incoming extension from EyeQueue (System Settings > DB Config > Incoming Extensions) causes the selection window to fail which prevents any change to the ID.

Applications affected All
Severity Minor
Root cause An internal selection process (controlled by the EyeQueue web.config file) failed, and prevented selection of the Holding, Callback, and Under Threshold Queue IDs.
Resolution The EyeQueue web.config file was corrected in new installations to permit the internal process to allow selection of Holding, Callback and Under Threshold Queue IDs.
Expected availability Virtual Hold version 8.4.0
Workarounds When upgrading to Version 8.0.9 from a previous 8.0.x version (8.0.5, 8.0.6, or 8.0.8), refer to Virtual Hold Upgrade 8.0.5 or Above to 8.0.9 for more information about the required manual changes to the EyeQueue web.config file.
