(9.1+) Dashboards view

Queue Statistics can be viewed in:

  • Card View -displays queue statistics in small, individual modules.
  • List View -displays queue statistics in traditional rows and columns similar to a spreadsheet. Columns can be sorted in ascending and descending order.

Card View

By default, each card will include the queue name and the estimated wait time (EWT).

  • Queue name - the name of the specific queue being monitored.
  • Star - select for easy, future access of this queue's information.
  • EWT - hours and minutes display of estimated wait time over the past two hours.
  • Queue Statistics selected by the user. Refer to Configuring Queue Statistics for more information on selecting queue statistics.

cardView

  • EWT graph - graph display of the estimated wait time over the past two hours

EWTgraph

The data in the card view auto-refreshes every 5 seconds.

Viewing More Details for a Queue

Click any queue name to view more data in the queue detail page.

List View

Column header

  • The gray bar at the top of the list containing the column titles.
  • Remains fixed at the top as you scroll.
  • Sortable in ascending and descending order

Rows

  • Default stats of queue name and EWT.
  • Any other queue stats selected by the user.
  • Star icons to indicate if a queue is saved for future access.
  • Trending arrow to indicate if the statistic is trending upward or downward.
  • The data in the list view auto refreshes every 5 seconds
  • If columns have been sorted, the view auto-adjusts to maintain the data sorting

Click any queue name to view more details about that queue.

The queue detail page will open with additional graphs and forecast data for that specific queue.
