Exporting conversations

Exporting a conversation saves the definition as a JSON text file and downloads it to you computer. The file can then be imported in the same or another instance of Medallia Conversations.

To export a Conversation:

  1. Open the Conversations list.

  2. Open the conversation: click the name of the conversation in the list.

  3. Click Export Conversation.

  4. The Conversation is downloaded to your computer as a JSON file.

The exported Conversation can now be imported per Importing conversations.
