Benchmark settings

Learn how to configure Benchmark property for Medallia Insights Assistant.

Insights Assistant uses benchmarks to answer trend-based questions, such as "How does this month compare to last?".
  1. In Medallia Setup, navigate to Reporting> Report Helpers> Optionbox Settings screen.
  2. Medallia Experience Cloud includes the Same Period Year Ago benchmark by default, to make it available to users, uncheck the Benchmark dropdown - Hide 'Same Period Prior To Current Selection' reporting property.

  3. Click Save to complete your configuration.
