Calculation settings

Learn how to validate or configure the Calculations property for Medallia Insights Assistant.

Insights Assistant uses prioritized calculations to answer role-specific questions when a user prompt lacks a specific score or calculation.
  1. In Medallia Setup, navigate to Reporting> Report Helpers> Calculations screen.
  2. Set up a priority for each calculation.
    The order of the calculation in the list and in dropdowns, lesser numbers above greater numbers.

  3. Select the roles that have access to use the calculation by moving them to the right-side box.

  4. Select Save to complete your configuration.
