Time period settings

Learn how to validate or configure the time period property for Medallia Insights Assistant.

Insights Assistant uses this default time period to answer role-specific questions when a user prompt lacks a time period.
  1. In Medallia Setup, navigate to Company> Roles> Preferences screen.
  2. Select a role.
  3. Set a default time period per role.

  4. Select Save to complete your configuration.
