Medallia Text Analytics can process comments in languages other than English. This includes:

• Building topics in multiple languages — Text Analytics can process topics, rules, and comments written in multiple languages. For information on how to specify languages for topic building, see Global Text Analytics Settings.
• Machine translation (also called automatic translation) through SYSTRAN, Amazon Translate, or Google Translate — Machine-translated comments are translated by software instead of a person. For information on setting up machine translation, see Translating comments.
• Importing translated comments
  Note: The a_survey_language field must be assigned to every imported comment.
