To grant access to Medallia Text Analytics topic-building administrative screens in Admin Suite, ensure that the user's role has the Manage Topics administrative permission and at least one other administrative permission (such as Manage Shared Custom Filters or Manage Users). Every environment is different, so test that the role is able see the Topic Builder screen in Admin Suite using the permissions you granted. Users with appropriate permissions may complete the following steps to open the Topic Builder screen. For more information, see Topics screen.

1. In the upper-right corner of Medallia Web reporting, click the user name, then select Admin > Admin Suite to open the Medallia Experience Cloud administration area.

   

2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, select Text Analytics > Topics.
