File upload
File upload allows survey takers to upload and attach files within the survey to expand or add further information by sending images, documents, GIFs, videos, etc. to illustrate their answers. For example, in a post-purchase survey, you might want respondents to upload a picture of their transaction receipts as proof of their purchase. In the following image, File upload element is configured for survey takers to upload up to 5 receipts from up to 35 MB each, in any of the following formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF or WEBP.
For more information, see Survey content.

In reports, you can display the uploaded file as part of the response by including the Feedback field (Question ID). For more information, see Responses reports and Responses Feed.
