Multiple fields
Multiple fields presents a series of possible answers to a question in a column displayed as checkboxes. Each field uses the same choice set, typically a Yes/No choice set. The choice set options (such as Yes and No) are not displayed to the survey taker. Multiple field questions allow the survey taker to quickly scan the questions and checkboxes as appropriate for each question.
You can enter Introduction text to provide brief instructions about the questions in the list.

In reports, you can show the distribution of responses of each field in its own module, displaying the percentage of responses. For more information, see Segment Distribution Snapshot.
Fields
Fields are always displayed as a column. To add a new field, click the bottom row under a previous field and type in your question content. Click the field menu to reveal the options menu for each row. For more information, see Questions.
Field menu
These properties apply to each field individually:
- Add display logic
- Allows for choosing when to display the question. See Content logic for more information.
- Override text field
- Only when editing a field. It changes the field content. See Overriding question text for more information.
- Add text input
- It adds a text box entry next to a field. Use this when you want survey takers to add further details or specify why they are choosing that option.
- Remove field
- Removes the field.
Field options
This property apply to all the fields:
- Randomize fields
- Fields appear in random order when survey takers are responding the survey. This is helpful to remove order bias when survey takers choose from a list of things they liked or disliked. To exclude a field from that randomization, click the pin icon in the field.
