Social Feedback report colors
Company > Branding > Colors for Social
The Colors for Social screen affects the colored circles that are displayed alongside social review scores in the Responses Form, Responses Filter, and Rival Reviews reports.
The colored circles in these reports help users compare scores from different social media sources. For example, Booking.com uses a 1–10 scale and Google uses a 1–5 scale. Whereas score of 5 in Google is excellent, a score of 5 in Booking.com is negative. In this example, the colored circles represent the normalized score (using a 1–5 scale). The presence of the colored circles helps users understand that in spite of having identical native scores, Shashi's review is positive and Jeanie review is negative:
Native score (4/10 for Booking.com and 4/5 for Google).
Color for the normalized score (Red for Booking.com and light green for Google).
These examples show colors in Responses Form report, Responses List report, and Rival Reviews reports, accordingly:

Customize social colors
As you customize the social colors, consider these limitations:
-
There are only five colors to choose from; these colors cannot be changed.
-
You cannot add new colors.
To customize social colors from the Company > Branding > Colors for Social screen:
-
Modify the Color for... properties to apply a subset of the colors. For example, this system uses only 3 of the 5 possible colors:
-
If you need to apply the colors differently to a certain source, click the New button to create a new entry for that source. The colors you specify in a source-specific entry will override the colors specified in the All sources entry.Warning: Creating new entries for specific sources is usually unnecessary. Most (if not all) implementations do not have source-specific entries.
