Change Log

Change Log lists the changes made in Medallia Experience Cloud, such as created, modified, and deleted entities of the following types:

  • Users
  • Roles
  • Custom modules
  • Languages
  • Translations
  • K-fields
Note: Change logs can be viewed in Medallia Setup only. Viewing change logs in Setup requires the Do Anything capability.

To open the Change Log, click your User admin icon user name in Experience Cloud, and then from the Admin menu select ChangeLog:

Select ChangeLog from the Admin menu.

The first time you open the Change Log, the screen shows a list of entities changed in the current session. Click Show Examples to see a list of example query terms you can click to see results, and which show acceptable syntax to use in the search field:

Important: Do not use the Revert to this version link that might appear for some rows. Reverting can prevent some reports from being displayed.
