- UnitGroup dropdown - Show searchable dropdowns
-
Includes search options in the unit and unit group filters. This is a performance setting. Turn this on when there are too many to list in a reasonable way, such as for companies with over 2,000 units. Turn this off to list all of the units and groups instead of showing the search feature. The search option is hidden (and the full list is shown) when there are less than 5 units in the company.
- Disable Profiler/Segment Groups "HideUnansweredAlts" for Columns Dropdown
- Turns off the HideUnansweredAlts property for the Columns filter (which is set up in Profiler/Segment Groups on each segment grouping).
- Prevent Row hiding for R-fields in Standard Report (old behavior)
-
Prevents row-hiding for R-fields in standard reports.
- Restrict Watchlist to Segment Filters
- When selected, the Watchlist for Medallia Mobile users shows only the segments they have available in the control panel. Note that this property is only available in Mobile Hybrid mode.
- Show Unit Counts in Unit Dropdown
-
Shows the count of units with records (data) in the unit dropdowns, as shown in this image:
Note: For pivot table and cross tab reports, you must include the UNIT filter plugin for this feature to work correctly. For more information, see Pivot table custom reports and Cross tab reports. - Use Old Filters by default
-
Uses old filters by default when a role does not have a defined segment.
Unselect it (default) to use the default permission segment for the role.
Warning: Medallia recommends that you leave this property turned off. When it is on, Medallia Experience Cloud uses older filters when a role does not have a segment defined, essentially disabling dynamic (multi-select) filters for those roles.Additionally, disabling dynamic filters can cause undesirable results on Medallia Mobile. When dynamic filters are first enabled, the app prompts users to convert their existing scorecards to use the new filters. If dynamic filters are subsequently disabled, they revert to the default settings, not the values user had selected previously.
- Enable Advanced text bulk edit
-
Warning: Do not use this property, which enabled functionality on a screen that has been removed.
- Prevent computation of data driven filters (experimental, talk with Reporting before enabling)
-
Note: Do not select this property without first consulting with your Medallia expert.
Suppresses the automatic calculation of data-driven filters. Filters calculate when the option is clicked.
- Enable URL Shortening
-
Warning: Do not use this feature, which is under development.
