Rapid response, also known as Feedback response, allows users to close the loop and quickly answer respondents directly from the Responses Form report and Responses Feed module.

Clicking Respond on the response form shows the available templates you can choose from to answer respondents.

Important: Rapid response is superseded by Feedback responses.

Respond button displays a list of templates, including Detractor template, Contact Template, Further information template, and Promoter template.
