Step 2 - Test that the SSO Tenancy works as a System Administrator
We recommend that you test the configuration before switching the tenancy to SSO.
A custom SSO URL is generated when the IdP information is submitted. You should test this link to make sure that the setup has worked.
To test the custom SSO URL
- Copy the link.
- Log out of MXO to end your current session and close the browser window.
- Paste the link into a new browser window.
If you are unable to login through SSO, you will need to log in again using your AD credentials to amend the settings and then test the link again.
When switching between AD and SSO login we recommend that you logout and close the browser window then open a new browser window for the new login attempt.
At this point all other users in the tenancy can still login via AD.
