Users
The Users page allows you to control access to MXO for the following users:
System administrators, also known as tenant admins, whose non-admin users are managed in MEC. This includes all new MXO customers.
Customers who use MXO to manage all their users. This includes all existing MXO customers who are not integrated with MEC and using SSO.
Navigate the Users page
The Users page provides you with a list of all available users. Use the Group filter to narrow down the list of users or the search bar to locate a specific user. You can view the following details for each user:
User ID
User name
User email
Group to which the user belongs
User status — is the user active, pending or inactive?
Admin role — whether the user was assigned a system administrator role
From this page, you can also create new users and perform actions on a specific user such as editing or deleting it. Additional actions include: resetting a user's account or password.
