Using a password and multifactor authentication to sign in
Signing in with your email and password also requires you use multifactor authentication (MFA) to verify your authenticity. Use an authenticator application recommended by your organization or Medallia Ideas administrator. Install the authenticator app on a device with a camera that you will have access to whenever you sign in to Ideas.
Navigate to your Ideas instance, enter your user email address and password, and then click Sign In.
Depending on how Ideas is set up, you will either see a form to enter your information, or you may have to select a sign-in option that shows the expected form.
