Account settings control how you connect to Medallia Ideas and its communities.

Every Medallia Ideas user has an account that identifies them to Medallia Ideas. Your account settings control how you sign in to Medallia Ideas and which community activity you want to be notified about by email.

An administrator must create an account before you can sign in to Medallia Ideas. How you sign in depends on how Medallia Ideas is configured. You might sign in with an email and password, a social media account, or another method such as a single sign-on application.

When signed in, click your profile icon to view your profile and manage your account. From there you can reset your password, delete your account, and change your settings.

Your account usually gives you access to one Medallia Ideas community. To join another community, you must either be invited or, if the community is open, submit a registration request for that community.
