Customer Data Storage and Retention

All data is stored within Amazon Web Services, primarily in the US-East region. Upon termination of the Connect service by a Client Organization, the data accumulated will be dealt with as follows:

  • Upon client's request, all data will be removed that is not needed for contractual or legal reasons.

  • In any case, within seven days, customer name and email will be removed from the database and referenced solely via a system-generated anonymous identifier.

  • Within 30 days, email send logs referencing successful customer email deliveries will be purged.

  • Within 90 days, email send logs of any unsuccessful customer email deliveries will be purged.
