Software and hardware requirements for Agent Connect users and survey takers

Agent Connect requirements

  • Operating system — macOS or Windows supported versions

  • Screen resolution — 1280 x 1024 minimum

  • JavaScript — enabled

  • Supported browsers — Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari

    For the best experience, we recommend that you use the most recent version of your preferred browser. We support the latest major release version for each listed browser, plus the prior three major versions.

    Restriction: Agent Connect no longer supports Internet Explorer.

  • Additional tools:

    • A PDF viewer to view exported PDFs

    • A spreadsheet application to view exported Excel and CSV files (we recommend Microsoft Excel)

Survey taking requirements

Agent Connect surveys support the following browsers:
  • Edge
  • Firefox 27+
  • Chrome 30+
  • Safari 9+
Although older versions of these browsers may be able to display surveys, they are not officially supported.
