Localization
Provide a language switcher for Agent Connect users.
Many pages in the Agent Connect UI are available in non-English languages, including the admin tools, QA, 1:1 coaching, and Feedback pages. Options are available via a language switcher for the French, German, Italian, and Spanish languages.
To enable the language switcher, contact a member of the Agent Connect team. Once it is enabled, you can find the language switcher in the bottom right corner of the UI.
Note: Any custom text or notes entered by users (coaching notes, QA Review annotations, etc.) will remain in the original language.
