Medallia maintains a written disaster recovery and business continuity program to which the leadership of the company is committed. The plan includes:

• Risk management and business impact analysis activities to identify recovery priorities

• Processes for notification of stakeholders

• Processes for disaster recovery

The plan is regularly tested and reviewed through tabletop exercises and team reviews.
