Medallia employees are required to use the internet in an effective, ethical, and lawful manner.

Outbound internet access is controlled via a network firewall that tracks all activity and blocks several types of malware and intrusion.

Unauthorized distribution of information and data about clients or clients' data is not permitted.

Medallia tracks devices using a centralized inventory management system that is synced with software on each device.
