Overview

To view form error reporting, on the navigation bar, go to Analyze > Technical > Form Errors.

The Form validation error summary shows you the number of errors that users have received on your property over the given time period, along with the number of form views that contained errors, and the error rate percentage.

You can see which errors are most common on the website by clicking down arrow to the right of Validation Errors. This will show up to 50 of the most common validation errors that have occurred on the property, ordered by the most seen error. You can then view the list of sessions where these errors occurred by clicking Visitors under Actions next to the relative error that you want to see these sessions for. From this list, you will also be able to see the session replays of these users.

You can also see which forms are experiencing the most errors by clicking down arrow next to Forms. This will then show the number of errors occurring per form, along with the error rate of each form. To see which errors are occurring in a particular form, click Visitors under Actions. From here, you will see the list of errors that have occurred for that form, and you can see the list of sessions that have experienced this error on the selected form by clicking Show details relative to the error that you want to see sessions for.
