Usabilla

The Usabilla data connector allows you to see which users have taken part in a Usabilla survey.

Note: This data connector doesn't work retroactively as it requires DXA to collect and aggregate the variations each time the script is fired.

Enabling the Usabilla data connector

  1. On the navigation bar, go to Connect > Data Connectors > Configure Data Connectors > VoC > Usabilla.

  2. Under Usabilla, select Usabilla Enabled.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Finalize the connection in Usabilla.

The Usabilla data connector is now enabled.

Using the Usabilla data connector

Upon collecting Usabilla surveys, you can begin to use these by creating segments based on them.

When adding a segment filter, go to Integrations. On the left, you will see a number of Usabilla segment filters that can be used based on the data collected from Usabilla, such as in the image below:

Upon creating the segment, you can begin to filter sessions, heatmaps, forms and other DXA features based on the users who have taken part in an Usabilla survey.
