Linked Accounts Trends Dashboard
The Linked Accounts Trends Dashboard provides basic performance metrics for all Medallia Agent Connect instances used by your company. This report shows aggregated metrics such as Star Rating, % Positive/Negative, and total number of responses. To open the Linked Accounts Trends Dashboard, click Trends in the Agent Connect navigation bar, and then click Linked Accounts.
Note: This report is available only to Admins that have been provided the Linked Accounts permission by a Medallia representative.
