Description

This reporting app enables access to holistic reporting combining data from Digital Feedback and Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) as part of the total Digital Experience Solution.

DXA data and insights - including the rules-based statistical scores from identified behaviors and issues for every page/screen and entire session (“Digital Experience Score™”) - is available via alerts, analytics reporting, and integrated workflows within Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC) and its integration layer. Aggregated DXA for each property (e.g. website, app) are available on a daily basis including overall session and top 100 pages/screens intelligence. Individual-level DXA data inclusive of metadata, scores, session summarizations and replays, are available for each experience where feedback was given on a near real-time basis. Additional Website feedback targeting capabilities are also available based on DXA intelligence.
