Description | This reporting app enables access to holistic reporting combining data from Digital Feedback and Digital Experience Analytics (DXA) as part of the total Digital Experience Solution. DXA data and insights - including the rules-based statistical scores from identified behaviors and issues for every page/screen and entire session (“Digital Experience Score™”) - is available via alerts, analytics reporting, and integrated workflows within Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC) and its integration layer. Aggregated DXA for each property (e.g. website, app) are available on a daily basis including overall session and top 100 pages/screens intelligence. Individual-level DXA data inclusive of metadata, scores, session summarizations and replays, are available for each experience where feedback was given on a near real-time basis. Additional Website feedback targeting capabilities are also available based on DXA intelligence. | |
